A look into the lives of CSU's Current Environmental Health Interns
4th of July in Europe...
Well, Independence Day isn't as big a deal here in Europe... my mom was in town this past weekend, though, so that was a nice sort of celebration.
My supervisor here at the World Health Organization has been gone all week, and will be gone all next week for vacation! So I'm taking the time to meet some people and work from home a bit and do some networking. If anyone has some questions or ideas for people I should try to contact - lemme know! the guy who edited the last edition of the communicable disease manual (Dr. Heymann) works here!!!
Presently, I am pet-sitting for a woman who is away until July 23rd. So that is a few bucks saved from rent. I'm hoping to do a tour of Switzerland this weekend and then spend a 4 day weekend in Barcelona with Meagan.
I should be back in town before the start of the semester.... I may need a place to crash!! I will post about this soon.
